My “alter ego” is “The Kickass Queen”. 

I have been blogging and sharing on social media since 2012. I started as “Comic Strip Mama”. During this phase, I digitally illustrated and wrote comics and other literary works about “stripping away the insanity of life and parenthood”. I also influenced and encouraged others to see the good, the positive, and the humour in life, as much as possible. I won several blogging and influencing awards and then in 2016, I started my own custom printing business. This made it difficult to keep up with the blogging, so I unpublished the blog and just kept my Facebook Page going with quotes and memes, basically. 

Fast forward to 2019, two years after I embarked on my health and wellness journey to achieving optimal health and happiness, I was preparing for my first body building competition and I was unexpectedly given a special gift from a friend a couple of days before the show. It was a card. But it wasn’t just any card, it was a card that literally changed my entire mindset and made me believe I was truly kicking ass at life!

I opened the card and I laughed my ass off when I saw the “Happy Birthday” crossed out inside! Too funny…. But my friend said that she HAD to buy the card and give it to me anyway because she believed the character on the front was ME!

The card and message to me was so empowering and impactful that I made “Born to Kick-Ass” my mantra since the day that I received that card! Then I took it a step further and changed all of my social media to “The Kickass Queen” and I even purchased the domain name! 😀 haha Because I LOVE to overdo everything and take it to the next level! 😎 

Now, I’m on a mission to help others live a kickass life!
