IN-PERSON PREMIUM PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS

I currently work out of the GoodLife Fitness Markham Bullock and McCowan GymFor Women located at 200 Bullock Drive in Markham, Ontario, Canada. Therefore, I only coach women in-person at this time. However, I do offer partner/couples training virtually. 

At this location, I offer:

1-ON-1 PREMIUM PERSONAL TRAINING 

  • Train with me 1-on-1 in the gym located in Markham, Ontario. (You can also train virtually from time-to-time, if necessary.)
  • Training commitment must be 2 – 3 Sessions per week.

PREMIUM 1-ON-1 TRAINING BENEFITS

– Discounted hourly rate – based on the options and the length of the program you choose.

– A strategic and customized:

  • Periodization Plan based on scientific principles and your individual needs and goals.
  • Strength & Mobility Training Plan based on your strength, mobility, stability, needs, and goals.
  • Physical Activity & Cardiorespiratory Plan based on your cardiorespiratory capacity, needs, and goals.

All of these Plans are designed to progressively and sustainably get YOU the results you desire and achieve optimal health and happiness. 

You will also receive:

  • Continuous Lifestyle and Nutrition Coaching based on cognitive behavioural change methods that can successfully turn new habits into permanent behaviours, over time. You will also learn how to balance discipline and enjoyment so you can be consistent, maintain your results long-term, and most importantly, achieve optimal health!
  • Regular Progress Assessments to keep you consistent, accountable, and motivated!

PARTNER PREMIUM PERSONAL TRAINING

  • I train you and one other friend or family member at the same time so you can share the cost of training! 
  • Train with me 2-on-1 in the gym located in Markham, Ontario. (You can also train virtually from time-to-time, if necessary.)
  • Training commitment must be 2 – 3 Sessions a week and partners must train on the same days/times.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Partners must be women at this time. (Unless you are training virtually only)
  • Partners must have similar goals for this style of training to work.
  • If a partner cannot make it into the gym for a session here and there, they can use the virtual option to complete the session, with enough notice. However, if one person cannot make it to a session, that session is lost for that person.
