I am a Mom x3, Grandma x2, and a natural born caregiver.

For many years of my adult life, I didn’t make my own health and wellness a priority… until 2016 when I was basically forced to because I was obese and metabolically unhealthy. I suffered from and was medicated for many chronic illnesses and conditions. My organs were on the verge of prolapse (falling out of my vagina) due to multiple abdominal surgeries, the accumulation of visceral fat in and around my organs, and an extremely weak pelvic floor, core, and posterior chain.

Why? Mainly because I didn’t understand the IMPORTANCE of regular exercise, physical activity, or good nutrition!

Since, I have influenced and coached others by sharing my own health and wellness journey of losing 80+lbs of body fat, improving my physical and mental strength, and healing my body of all chronic illness.

I also competed in a CPA bodybuilding competition in 2019!

The essentials for longevity and a happy and healthy mind, body, and life:

Love, laughter, more joy, less stress, adequate sleep/rest, a healthy diet, physical activity, and regular exercise and stimulus to maintain healthy muscle, tissue, bones and organ systems!

(Not always in that order 😉)

Being consistent with all of these things is TOUGH! I know! 

There can be A LOT of trial and error throughout the challenges of this journey, as you figure out what works for YOU. Hell, I’m still figuring things out! But, one thing I’ve definitely figured out is the key to a successful and sustainable transformation journey, is going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm to KEEP GOING. 

Sustainability requires consistency, accountability, planning, and learning how to successfully balance discipline and enjoyment without drastically restricting everything you love.
As your coach, I will provide you with the knowledge, motivation and accountability you need to succeed, as I work with you to find YOUR balance, achieve YOUR health and fitness goals, and most importantly, turn them into permanent behaviours!
