I am a Mom x3, Grandma x2, and a natural born caregiver.

For many years of my adult life, I didn’t make my own health and wellness a priority… until 2016… when I was basically forced to because I was obese and SO metabolically unhealthy.

I suffered from and was medicated for many chronic metabolic illnesses and conditions. My organs were on the verge of prolapse (falling out of my vagina) due to multiple abdominal surgeries, chronic inflammation, the accumulation of visceral fat in and around my organs, and an extremely weak pelvic floor, core, and posterior chain.

Why? Physical inactivity, poor nutrition, high mental stress, depression, low sleep, systemic inflammation, prioritizing everyone else’s health and wellbeing before my own, and blaming everyone else for my misfortunes except for myself.

Since, I have influenced and coached others by sharing my own health and wellness journey of losing 80+lbs, improving and optimizing my physical and mental strength, and healing my body of all chronic illness.

Sustainability requires consistency, accountability, planning, finding that “sweet spot” and learning how to successfully balance discipline and enjoyment without causing more misery and drastically restricting everything you love.
As your coach, I will provide you with the knowledge, motivation and accountability you need to succeed, as I work with you to find YOUR balance, achieve YOUR health and fitness goals, establish the best sustainable habits and routines for YOU, and most importantly, turn them into permanent behaviors!
