My Coaching Philosophy
I’m not your average “health and fitness” coach.
I wasn’t born to be average… and neither were you. 😉
My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that optimal health, healing, and happiness come from bringing your mind, body, lifestyle, and environment into alignment as one connected whole.
Because nothing works in isolation.
The human body is made up of incredibly complex, interconnected systems that constantly communicate and work together. It’s also a living ecosystem, connected to and dependent on the natural world around us.
We are part of nature, not separate from it.
What we eat, how we move, how we sleep, how we think, how we manage stress, the environments we live in, and the relationships we maintain all influence our health and happiness.
You cannot meaningfully improve one area while continuing to ignore the others.
I also believe that modern life has made something that should be relatively simple incredibly complicated: giving the human body what it needs to thrive.
That’s why my approach focuses on getting back to basics, reconnecting with nature, and building awareness of how everyday choices influence health, happiness, and quality of life.
The Kickass Transformations Coaching Framework
Through my personal transformation, continued education, and experiences helping others, I developed the Kickass Transformations Coaching Framework to bring this philosophy into practice.
First, I introduce you to The Path, a seven-stage journey through autonomy, awareness, accountability, action, alignment, abundance, and altruism.
Next, I help you identify your current Phase and what your body and mind need during this season of your life:
- Maintenance
- Build
- Fat Loss & Body Recomposition
From there, I introduce the 12 Foundational Pillars and the Practices within them. The Pillars apply during every phase because nothing works in isolation, but the Practices you prioritize are adjusted to align with your current Phase.
I consider your health history, current state, environment, lifestyle, habits, goals, movement abilities, and personal preferences. Most importantly, I factor in the real-life logistics of your home, work, family, and social life.
Together, we bring awareness to what is working, what is not, and what needs to shift.
A Lifelong Journey of Health & Happiness
True, sustainable transformation isn’t a quick fix.
It’s a lifelong journey of learning, practising, adapting, and growing.
With so much conflicting information and extremism in health and fitness, it can be difficult to know what’s truly necessary and worthwhile. That’s why I encourage people to ask:
Is it necessary, is it reasonable, and will it make a meaningful difference?
Ultimately, it’s about making informed choices, building sustainable habits, and enjoying a healthier, happier life while maintaining your strength, health, and independence for as long as possible.
This is how we LIVE STRONG & DIE YOUNG… AS LATE AS POSSIBLE! 🔥💪
